07-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@loryago.net. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@loryago.net so we can address the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 07 business days.

- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
